Tomorrow kicks off the first of four public hearings set across south Louisiana in which the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) will discuss the State’s updates to its Coastal Master Plan (read more on the updated plan here) and present its plan for action and projects over the next fiscal year.
The Draft 2017 Coastal Master Plan and Draft FY 2018 Annual Plan were released January 3, 2017. CPRA is seeking the public’s input “to help inform and prioritize projects and priorities” before a final version is submitted to the Legislature for approval in April.
